1. Joining LINKS2GOLF Network (L2GN) provides users with access to a network of Affiliate, Reciprocal and Preferred Access Clubs Internationally.
2. To qualify for membership to the LINKS2GOLF Network (L2GN) the applicant must be over the age of 25. Each membership applicant to the LINKS2GOLF Network must have a valid credit card on file for payment of fees.
3. Each Member will be billed according to the category selected on the date of membership application submission to the LINKS2GOLF Network for benefits valid from that date. For Three Months, Six Months and Annual Membership Categories the Program will be auto renewed each year unless the member notifies LINKS2GOLF 30 days prior to the renewal date with their intention not to renew the Program. The LINKS2GOLF Network annual fee is subject to change each year.
RESERVATIONS AND GENERAL TERMS
The on-line booking form is the preferred method for tee time fulfillment with email and call in recommended for special circumstances only.
• Golf the Network up to 4 times every month.
• Request tee times through LINKS2GOLF on-line booking form.
• Network Golfers are not permitted to use their privileges at Clubs within 100 miles of their home club, primary, or other residence(s).
• Bring guests to Network Clubs subject to the Network Club’s guest policies and fees.
Tee time bookings may be made up to 60 days in advance to Clubs outside the Network Golfers Primary Residential Region and up to 14 days in advance subject to availability.
Network benefits are non-transferable and may not be offered, assigned, sold, or in any way transferred to another person or entity. Unauthorized use of the Network is cause for immediate termination from L2GN.
L2GN Golfers are granted Member Guest privileges at all Clubs. Network Golfers may bring up to seven (7) Guests at any one time. Guests are subject to payment of the applicable Member Guest fee of the Club played, cart fee and caddie fees if applicable.
LINKS2GOLF Members pay reduced green fees (typically 50%) at both Reciprocal and Affiliate Clubs while providing slighter discounts at Preferred Access clubs.
Member benefits include up to 4 rounds of golf per month subject to availability. A mandatory cart fee will apply. Guests of the Network Golfer subject to the guest fee rate and mandatory cart fee. Caddie fees apply if applicable.
GEOGOGRAPHIC LIMITS
LINKS2GOLF Network golfers are not permitted to use their Program privileges at Clubs located within 150 KM of their primary or other residence(s).
In the case where another LINKS2GOLF Network Club is located within 150 KM of another Participating Club, or in the case where a LINKS2GOLF Network Member's primary or other residence (defined as residing for more than 30 days annually) is located within 150 KM of a LINKS2GOLF Network Club, or in other special circumstances as determined appropriate by LINKS2GOLF from time to time. LINKS2GOLF or the other LINKS2GOLF Network Club may restrict access to the LINKS2GOLF Network Member. In the event there are facts that make it appropriate for access to be restricted, LINKS2GOLF will be notified accordingly so it can manage the access restriction rules, and other LINKS2GOLF Network Clubs will be notified by LINKS2GOLF of this restriction.
LINKS2GOLF Network Clubs make no guarantees or representations regarding the availability of tee times. Additionally, tee times may not be available or used on holidays, during special events or at any other restricted times.
LINKS2GOLF Network Clubs reserve the right to impose additional restrictions on the availability of tee times during peak or high usage seasons, in its sole and absolute discretion.
Program guidelines, pricing, benefits and terms and conditions may be modified, amended and/or changed from time to time without notice. Participating clubs are subject to change without notice, and may be added or removed from time to time. There is no guarantee that a specified number of clubs, or that specific clubs will always participate in the Program.
L2GN Golfers playing at any participating L2GN Club as a Guest of that Club’s Member will be required to play outside of the L2GN times and upon payment of the Member Guest fee at the Club.
COMPLIANCE WITH DESTINATION CLUB RULES AND REGULATIONS:
(a) Destination Club Rules and Regulations. At all times, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, it is the responsibility of each member and accompanied guest to abide by all Destination Club’s rules and policies. Please be advised that the foregoing is subject to the applicable club’s policies, procedures, rules and regulations and that same shall govern in the event of a conflict with the policies stated herein and L2G is hereby fully and finally released from any liability resulting from a booking.
(b) Green Fee. The Requesting Network Golfer will pay a green fee determined by the Destination Club based on category of participation. and guests of players will pay the Destination Club Guest Fee, at the Destination Club on the day of play. Guests of players may only play in the company of a registered network golfer. All green fees, guest fees, cart fee and caddie fees (if applicable) are to be paid by each golfer on the day of play. Please be prepared to pay all fees upon arrival at the Destination Club (Pro-Shop) before teeing off. The rate of any fees shall be confirmed by the Destination Club on the day of play and is subject to change without notice.
(c) Arrival and Pace of Play. Please arrive at the Destination Club with plenty of time to check-in at the Pro Shop, settle any charges and be ready to tee off at your designed time. Please present a valid government-issued photo ID during check-in to receive your privileges. The Destination Club will require that you keep up with the pace of play of the group in front of you. The average game of golf should be between 4 and 4-1/2 hours.
(d) Dress Policy. All players are required to dress in proper golf attire within the premises of the golf course and/or practice areas and within the Destination Club’s facilities. The Destination Club reserves the right to deny access to any guest should they be found not following the Destination Club’s proper dress code. Collared shirts with sleeves (sleeveless shirts may be worn by ladies only), turtlenecks, mock necks, Bermuda shorts, long pants, culottes and golfing skirts are allowed at the Destination Club, subject to their particular rules and regulations as same may be modified, from time to time.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND NO-SHOWS
(a) Change Fee/Request Modification/Cancellation Fee. If for any reason you wish to cancel or make changes to your reservation (including, but not limited to, change of tee time, number of players or play date) please notify L2G using the channels noted at the end of this paragraph (a) at least 72 hours prior to the reservation time specified in this Booking Confirmation. All cancellations or changes will be subject to an administration and processing fee of $20.00 USD (the “L2GN Admin Fee”) which will be charged to the Registrant’s credit card, in any event. Failure to cancel your reservation at least 72 hours in advance as required herein will be treated as a “No Show” under paragraph (b), below. (b) No-Show Fee/Cancellation with less than 72 hours’ notice. If a booking results in any player listed on the Booking Confirmation not showing or cancelling with less than 72 hours’ notice for the confirmed reservation (each such individual failing to show being a “Non-Showing Person”) without cancelling in accordance with paragraph (a), above, L2G will (i) retain the L2GN Booking Fee; and (ii) charge the credit card of the Registrant the L2GN Admin Fee, together with the total amount of the Destination Club’s agreed green fees for each Non-Showing Person(s).
NO DIRECT CLUB CONTACT: As relates to any booking charges, Non-Showing Person charges, or cancellation/change requests, all players shall direct such communications to L2G and there shall be no member-to-club or club-to-club contact. For clarity, all tee time requests, changes and cancellations must be done through the LINKS2GOLF Call Center. In the event a booking player (or any member of the player’s party) violates this provision, L2G shall be entitled to charge the player’s credit card the L2GN Admin Fee in order to re-route the communication correctly.
RELEASE AND WAIVER: All players are responsible for their own safety and shall not hold either L2G, the L2GN or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries or assigns liable for any activities occurring pursuant to the players participation in any Destination Club, nor shall any player hold the Destination Club liable for any claims of loss, damages, accidents or any injuries that may occur during the golf game.
Limitation of Liability
In the event of any claim, dispute or cause of action of any kind arising under or in any way relating to these terms and conditions, or to the participation of any Network golfer, the amount of damages suffered by any participating Network golfer shall be limited to an amount equal to the amount of upgrade fees paid by that golfer, if any, as consideration for participating in the benefit program during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the events giving rise to the cause, claim or dispute. Network golfers agree that damages suffered by any individual participating member under these terms and conditions would be difficult to ascertain with any certainty and further agree that the above statement of liquidated damages represents a fair resolution of any claims, disputes or causes of action that a participating member may have now or in the future. All parties further agree and understand that L2G is an independent entity, solely responsible for the administration of the Program, and no person or entity shall seek to hold any parent, subsidiary or affiliate of L2G responsible for any obligations or liabilities of L2G related to the Program in any way.
