Roma, Italy
The prestigious Olgiata Golf Club opened in 1961 and is located on the outskirts of Rome, inside the unique gated community of Olgiata.
The clubhouse was realised by famous Italian architect Tullio Rossi and the two beautiful courses, the West course (18 holes) and the East
course (9 holes), were originally designed by English architect Charles Kenneth Cotton. In 1996 the West Course has been slightly modified by famous architect Jim Fazio who made a further and important restyle in 2012.
The club has received numerous awards over the years and hosted important national and international competitions including the Eisenhower Trophy, the World Cup and various editions of the Italian Open. Tony Jacklin, Ian Poulter, Edoardo Molinari and Bernd Wiesberger are just a few golfers that have enjoyed success at Olgiata Golf Club.
